Nestle Gold

As part of Eallin and in collaboration with Big Kahuna Films, we created two commercials for Nestlé Gold to launch their new cereal flavors, Honey & Banana and Honey & Berries. The spots introduce two playful CG characters - Mr. Strawberry and Miss Banana - who bring humor and personality to the brand’s message of sweetening everyday life.
Character designer Martin Hanschild focused on distinct personalities and expressive performances. Mr. Strawberry was designed as a curious, slightly mischievous school kid, with typical elements like braces and sneakers, while Miss Banana plays the role of a more thoughtful, big-sister type, wearing jewellery and funky banana peel hairstyle. To make these fictional characters feel believable, their animation was based on live-action performance reference, resulting in natural movement and engaging on-screen presence.
