Grandpa, Let's Go!

 Grandpa, Let's Go! (Dědo, mizíme!) is a family road movie with fantasy elements, a Polish–Czech co-production. The story follows a teenage girl who persuades her grandfather to run away, and instead of being taken from a retirement home to a psychiatric clinic, they set off together on a journey toward the sea and adventure.
We created heartwarming 2D animated sequences woven between the live action scenes, transporting the audience into the grandfather’s memories (or perhaps fantasies?) of his life as a sailor.
